He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Hanson and Leona Hanson (Hegg); his wife Margaret Helen Card; his children, Bruce Hanson (Julie) of Baltic, SD, Brian Hanson of Beresford, SD, Gail Hanson of Sioux Falls, SD, Terri Pace (Allen) of Elk Point, SD and Kimberly Branson (Wes) of Elk Point, SD; and his brothers, Leonard and Archie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
