She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Syrovatka and Lillian Syrovatka (Machacek); her brother Ervin Syrovatka; and her husband John T. Malloy (Johnny). She is survived by: her children, Glenn Malloy (Linda), Robert Malloy (Kris), Donna Phillips (Frank), John Malloy (Deb) and Jodi Sampson (Dan). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
