He is survived by : his wife Lesley (Hanson); his daughter Carrie Konenman (Steve); his grandchildren, Joshua Hamby, Derek Hamby, Shianne Koeneman and Cierra Koneman; and his great grandchildren, Skyland, Westley, Julian and Emelia.
