She is survived by: her children, Timothy (Jill) of Atlantic Mine, MI, Wayne (Marcyne) of Lake Norden, SD, Jeffrey (Vigdis) of Willow Lake, SD, Clinton (Brenda) of Bryant, SD, Brandon (Savanah) of DeSmet, SD, Grace Kopman (Kevin) of Lake Norden, SD, Rebecca Ek (Aaron) of Willow Lake, SD, Carrie Erickson (Michael) of Calumet, MI, Nancy Levanen (Duane) of Bryant, SD and Rose Pekkala (Fred) of Bryant, SD; her siblings, David Kangas (Faith) of Brush Prairie, WA, Alvin Kangas (Mary) of Lake Norden, SD, Gordon Kangas (Delores) of Lake Norden, SD, Marie Koistinen of Lake Norden, SD, Charlotte Petersen (George) of Battle Ground, WA and Genevieve Halme (David) of Battle Ground, WA; and her sister-in-law Yvonne Kangas of Davenport, WA. She is also survived by grand children and great grand children.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church (19128 SD-25, Bryant, SD 57221). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church (44768 SD-28, Lake Norden, SD 57248).
