Jeanette leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jeanette’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her children, Todd Gross (Brenda) of Fargo, ND, Kim Gross (Suzanne) of Sioux Falls, SD and Karla Thompson (Tom) of Fargo; and her sister Elda Obenauer of Pierre. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Lien-Straub-Carlsen Chapel (702 8th St, Eureka, SD 57437).
