It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Elizabeth Eberhart of Eureka, South Dakota, born in Hillsview, South Dakota, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin Grosz and Christina Grosz (Kessler); her stepmother Rose Grosz; her brothers, Elmer and Gilbert Grosz; her grandson Ryan Spitzer; her sister-in-law Fernella Grosz; her niece LaVonne Bertsch; and her sister-in-law Arlene Grosz.

She is survived by : her son Leonard (Diane) of Grinnell; her grandchildren, Tawnya Coates (Vernon), Erin McGargill (Shawn), Acacia, Oliva Coates, Calleigh, Louisa and Harrison McGargill Linda Spitzer (Larry) of Aberdeen, SD; and her son Zachary Spitzer.
