He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Stoecker (Retzer) and Henry Stoecker; his spouse Shirley Moser; and his sisters, Lorina Pfeifle, Leona Kern and Luvina Van Beek.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Stoecker (Carole) of Onaka, SD, Perry Stoecker (Kris) of Onaka, SD, Linda Arbach (Bob) of Pierre, SD and Shelly Langbehn (Terry) of Oologah, OK; and his grandchildren, Matt Stoecker (Rachael) of Harrisburg, SD, Jeremy Stoecker (Chantel) of Onaka, Darin Stoecker (Marissa) of Onaka, Kelli Stoecker of Onaka, Trent Arbach (Amanda), Tyler Arbach (Rachel) of Pierre, Nathan Langbehn of Crooks, SD, Braden Langbehn of Stillwater, OK and Ben Stoecker of Faulkton. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
A prayer will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM and at 5:00 PM at the Lien Funeral Home (3082 2nd Ave, Bowdle, SD 57428). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Tolstoy Methodist Church.
