He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Webster Hanson and Alison "Babe" Mead Clark; and his brothers, Bill, Ted, Joe and Fred.
He is survived by: his children, David Ross Hanson and Robbin Lea Hanson Ward. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Endeavor Presbyterian Church (23316 421st Ave, Fedora, SD 57337).
