With sadness, we share the passing of Dennis James Corcoran of Flandreau, South Dakota. Dennis, born on May 6, 1954, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Corcoran and Isabell Corcoran (Kramer); and his siblings, Phyliss Corcoran, Roy Corcoran, Bonnie O'Brien and Tom Corcoran Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Heather Corcoran (Hanson); his children, Kyla Aksic, Kenneth Corcoran and Keanan Corcoran; his granddaughter Irena Aksic; and his siblings, Betty Martens, Michael Corcoran (Deanna), Patricia Kanz, Janice Bos, Gregory Corcoran (Laurie) and Ray Corcoran. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Skroch Funeral Chapel (409 E 2nd Ave, Flandreau, SD 57028). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Second Presbyterian Church (101 N Prairie St, Flandreau, SD 57028).
