We are sad to announce that, on October 21, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Donald D. Elverud of Flandreau, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Elverud and Thornella Alexander Elverud (Babe); his siblings, Rolland, Roger and Judy; his grandson Jacob Leibel; Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Burggraff; and his siblings, Molly, Sharry, Dick, Doug and Bob. He is also survived by his five children and spouses, nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, one great-great- grandchild, 29 foster children.
Memorials given will be distributed by the family to the Pipestone County Hospice and Ss Simon and Jude's church steeple repair in honor of Don Elverud.
