He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hinricher and Helen Hinricher (Reistoffer); his wife Elizabeth Hoffmann (Betty); his daughter Sharon Nygard; his brothers, Norbert, Robert (Charlotte) and Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Wienacht and Bernice Hinricher.
He is survived by: his children, James F. Hinricher (Marlys), Richard L. Hinricher (Pat), Mary A. Schwebach (Joe), Patricia E. Friedrichsen (Neil) of Ojai, CA and Lois Johnson of Milford, IA; his siblings, Omer Hinricher of Lakewood, CO and Evelyn Wienacht; and his sister-in-law Eva Hinricher of Carroll, IA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
