He was predeceased by: his parents, LaMonte "Snick" Scofield and MaDonna Scofield (Smith); and his sister Sally Peper. He is survived by: his sister Kris Johnson (Dave); his nephews, Todd Peper (Tina) of Sanford, FL, Tab Peper (Marcia), Pedro Johnson (Heidi) and Scott Johnson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany Nettles, Megan Greenfield (Grant), Kendra Westoff (Jon), Malia Johnson (Dave Murnion), Frank Nettles (Sharon), Nicholas Nettles (Alek), Brecken and Briggs Johnson; his brother-in-law Tom Peper; his close friend Patty Clark; his pet Nell; and also, Evalee and Graham.
