It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Minnie B. Locke of Flandreau, South Dakota, born in Poteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Duncan and Ethel Duncan (Chitwood); her husband Robert E. Locke; and her son-in-law Terrance Riley. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Holbeck (Jim) of Renner, SD, Marcia Kooiman (Barry) of Flandreau, SD and Janet Locke of Danville, PA.; her grandchildren, Jason Holbeck (Malia), Bethany Cramblit (JJ), Nathan Holbeck (Brianne), Lea Kooiman and Bobby Kooiman (Debbi Jones); her great grandchildren, Avary, Daisy, Alivia, Torin, Haydin, Charlie and Oliver; her sister Charla McNeff; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret West and Trudy Felix. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
