He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Locke and Elsie Locke (Lyng); his sister Bethel Ann Iverson; and his son-in-law Terry Riley. He is survived by: his wife Minnie Belle Duncan; his daughters, Rhonda Holbeck (Jim), Marcia Kooiman (Barry) and Janet Locke; his grandchildren, Jason (Malia), Bethany (JJ), Nathan (Brianne), Lea and Bobby (Debbi); his great grandchildren, Avary, Daisy, Alivia, Torin, Haydin, Charlie and Oliver; his sisters, Trudy Felix and Margaret West; and his sister-in-law Charla McNeff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
