It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Krause of Fort Pierre, South Dakota, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Duane Krause to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Krause and Pamela Krause (Lupinek); and his sister Pamela. He is survived by: his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Brenna; his grandchildren, Levi, Anna, Lane and Theodore; and his siblings, Mark Krause (Tammy) of Watertown, SD, Darlene Pierce of Hot Springs, SD, Angie Meseberg (Lon) of Watertown, SD and Lori Boschee of Eureka, SD.. He is also survived by his family—especially his grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (202 2nd St SE, Watertown, SD 57201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
