He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Walter and Rosemary Cook Burtts; his daughter Christine; his family Christine Christopherson (Troy); his grandchildren, Blake, Julia and Malori; his siblings, Caroline Uecker (Thad), Mary Wire (Ron), Daniel Burtts Provance (Bill) and Lena Hammell (Tyler); his brother-in-law Steve Miller; his wife Debra; his siblings, Robert, David Burtts (Willie) and Katherine Burtts; and his parents-in-law, Richard and Maxine Miller.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Feigum Funeral Home (808 W Pleasant Dr, Pierre, SD 57501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
