She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Volmer and Ann Volmer (Rubin); her husband Rodney Allen Monson; and her grandson Hayden Monson. She is survived by: her children, Terry Monson (Sharon), Julie Smith (Thad) and Josh Monson; her grandchildren, Essence Monson, Kylee Smith, Julian Monson, Cooper Smith and Sasha Monson; her great grandchildren, Sebastian, Beckette, Avery and Ivory; and her siblings, Bob Volmer (Wardean), Dave Volmer (Pam), Mary Ellen Weber, Betty Newton, Shirley Finkbeiner and Linda Templeton (Del). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
