It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet R. Parnell (Freeman, South Dakota), who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Parnell; her daughter Laura Hale; her siblings, Arden Glanzer, Elroy Glanzer and LaDean Silberhorn; her grandchildren, Rudy King, Philip Vanderkerkhoff, Claudia Rodriguez and Charlene Meadows-Volden; her great grandchildren, Karah, Gabrial, Alexandra, Tristan, Evelyn, Avery and Viola; and her great great grandchildren, Joziah, Olivia and Sophia.
