He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Fox and Helen Fox (Davis); his mother-in-law Roxanne Smart; his brother Bobby Fox; and his cousins, Marty Martindale and Rick Martindale (Lowell Blome).
He is survived by: his wife Krinda Smart; and his sons, Jesse Fox (Brianne) of Belle Fourche, Owen Fox of Fruitdale and Taten Fox of Fruitdale.
