It is with sadness that the passing of Jimmie R. Vollan of Garretson, South Dakota is shared. Jimmie, born on February 14, 1950, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Jennings and Evelyn Elda Vollan (Tuenge); his wife Tanya Hartenhoff; and his sister Vickie Sams. He is survived by: his children, Connor, Tia and Bruce Vollan (Pamela); his grandchildren, Kennedy, Maiya and Grady; and his siblings, Corey Thompson (Steve) of Brandon, SD and Shavonne Felix (Dave) of Greeley, CO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the East Nidaros Lutheran Church (47560 252nd St, Baltic, SD 57003). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:16 PM at the Watch East Nidaros Lutheran Church (47560 252nd St, Baltic, SD 57003).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to East Nidaros Lutheran Church.
