He is survived by: his children, Karla Grogan (Steve) of Eagan, MN, Kelvin Edmundson (Melissa) of Garretson, SD and Kristen Nelson (Erik) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Derek Grogan (Mary), Alyssa Ott (Brian), Cheyenne Edmundson, Haley Edmundson, Carter Nelson and Lexi Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Will Grogan and Baby Ott.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Minnehaha Funeral Home-Garretson (101 Leslie Dr, Garretson, SD 57030). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:47 AM at the Watch Palisade Lutheran Church (211 121st St, Garretson, SD 57030).
