She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Slaba and Theresa Slaba (Soukup); and her brothers-in-law, Philip E. Steckley and Ernie Kocer. She is survived by: her daughter Denise Warneke (Bill) of Bennington, NE; her grandchildren, Aaron (Jennifer), Blake, Paige and Elise; her daughter Jane Swenson (Daniel) of Woonsocket, SD; her grandchildren, Sydney, Schyler (Lacey), Savannah (Cohl) and Shay; her son Jim (Janie) of Hartford, SD; her grandchildren, Jennie (Jake), Jason (Kaylee) and JT; her daughter Sally Polak (Tom) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Holly (Ryan) and Morgan (Matthew); her siblings, Dave Slaba (Pat) and Theresa Kocer; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Steckley, Velda Wojciechowski (Don) and Judy Button (Jerry).
