He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Creasey and Betty Creasey (Booher); his grandparents, Clifford, Emma Creasey, LeRoy and Albia Booher; his parents-in-law, Andy and Eileen Van Zee; and his sister-in-law Lori Dyk.

He is survived by: his wife Lisa Van Zee (Van Zee); his daughter Bailey Groeneweg (Mark); his grandchildren, Riley Creasey and Tommy Groeneweg; his son Tyson Dyk (Maggie); his grandchildren, Paxton and Owen; and his siblings, Ken Creasey (Cheryl) and Colleen Jaeger (Lawrence).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bob Creasey Scholarship Fund for Ag, which will supply a graduating student with scholarship money going into an Ag related field.
