She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Junior" Rousseau and Lehla Rousseau (Wright) of Ridgeview, SD.; her daughter Josephine Halfred-Mendoza; her grandchildren, Franklin Keith and Isabella Rose Mendoza; and her siblings, Ron, Rick Rousseau and Roberta "Bobbi Jo" Rousseau.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Fischer; her son Michael John Halfred (Becca); her grandchildren, Bobbi Jo Mendoza of Rapid City, SD, Maezlyn, Yasmin, Dakotta and Kash of Red Elm, SD; and her siblings, Beth Wilson (Tom) of Sioux Falls, SD, Deb Johnson (Dale) of Sturgis, SD, Patsy (Carl) of Mountain Home, ID and Mike Rousseau of Ridgeview, SD.
