It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlys E. Schneider of Gettysburg, South Dakota, who passed away on April 15, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Fenner and Edna Fenner (Strube); her husband Leland; her siblings, Melvin Fenner (Phyllis), William Fenner and Ardelle Renner (Luverne); her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Scheller (Don), Martin Schneider and JoAnn Heck (Melvin); and her grandson-in-law Dale Olson.
She is survived by : her children, Patty, Pat Hardie Spearfish (Jeff Hager), Bob Schneider (Kris), Kathy Schneider (Ed Dodds) of Hart, MI and Jim Schneider; her grandchildren, Erin Meyer (Rob Davis), Brian Hardie (Alaina), Brent Hardie (Jamie), Sara Odden (Matt), Kacie Greenwood (Phil), Andy Willcuts (Megan Sehr), Chris Willcuts and Ty Schneider; and her sister-in-law Barb Fenner.
