He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren A. Case and Dorothy W. Case (Kaminski). He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph M. Case of Spearfish, SD, Timothy Case (Kathy) of Fargo, ND, Carol Eggers of Saline, MI and Sandra Reeves of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
