She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Miller and Genevieve Miller (Allum); her husband Roger Tol; and her sister Claudine Vosika. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherri Rauen of Goodwin, SD and Mary Thiewes (Virgil) of Goodwin, SD; her grandchildren, Renee Neu (Matt) of Sioux Falls, Derrick Rauen (Carrie) of Summit, Gregory Rauen (Jaclyn) of Brookings, Brent Thiewes (Anne) of Shakopee, MN and Megan Thiewes (Kyle Swanhorst) of Willow Lake; her great grandchildren, London, Easton, Presley, Beckham, Bennett, Hadley, Harper, Kamryn, Maddox, Mariana and Dakota; her sisters, Myrna Freeman of Burke, Bonnie Dimmick (Dick) of Alcester and Cynthia Gregory of Zimmerman, MN; and her sister-in-law Darlene Bennett (Jim) of Texas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of flowers, Judy requested memorials to Great Plains Lutheran School in Watertown, SD.
