He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee Hitchcock; his children, Randy Kurtz (Lynne), Kristi Eckrich (Paul) and Ryan Kurtz (Diane); his grandchildren, Wyatt Kurtz (Megan), Clayton Kurtz (Aimee), Nick Johnson (Emily), Landon Johnson, Jeremy Johnson, Kasey Kurtz (Bri), Courtney Kolbeck (Matt), Kaden Kurtz and Camryn Kurtz; his great grandchildren, Wrenley Jade Kurtz, Jorie Quinn Kurtz and Jett Kolbeck; and his brother Gary Kurtz (Marilyn).
