Elda Stange Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Elda Stange of Groton, South Dakota. Elda, born on December 14, 1923, passed away on October 22, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elda Stange to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Stange and Emilie Stange (Maske); her sister Leona; her nieces, Elaine Pigors, Connie Rose and Roxanne Rose; and her nephew James.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (308 N 2nd St, Groton, SD 57445). Elda was also given the Lifetime Service Award during the RSVP Recognition event for providing more than 4, 000 hours of service with RSVP.
