She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Walz and Lydia Walz (Kappenstein); her brother Adolph Walz; and her child Gail Berreth. She is survived by: her sisters, Caroline Boschee, Clara Dumire, Ann Daugherty, Verna McAtee and Ruth Foster; her former husband Arthur Cornelius Blank; her husband Wilbert Erlenbusch; her children, Pam Berreth, John Blank (Jill Gefre) and Mike Blank (Trish); and her son-in-law Roger Berreth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and three great great-grandchildren.
