He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lowary and Jean Lowary (Hutton); and his nephew Jody Norgaard. He is survived by: his wife Anita Fawcett; and his siblings, Chuck Lowary (Bette) of Austin, TX, Lee Lowary (Clare) of Boseman, MT and Betty Norgaard (Doug) of Brandon, SD. He is also survived by 2 nieces and 3 nephews.
