He is survived by: his son Brian John Clark; his wife Ladonna Clark; his sisters-in-law, Cindi Pfeifle (Jeffery) and Vicki Saffle; his nephews, Codi Imberi (Katie) and Michael Saffle (Chelsea); his great-nephews, Kaden and Cooper Imberi; and his great-niece Melody Saffle.
