He is survived by: his wife Vera Penning of Hartford; his great grandchild Kevin (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jordan Larson-Isaiah, Eliza, Jeremiah, Nicole Larson-Hunter, Hudson, Blake (Sarah) and Beau; and his sisters, Dolores Elverud and Lorraine Schmidt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
