It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryl Lee Larson of Hartford, South Dakota, who passed away on January 3, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Deters and Ada Deters (Storm); her husband Larry Larson Sr.; her grandparents, Ernest and Ida Storm; her siblings, Anthony, JoAnn, Geri and Susan; and her sister-in-law Jean Deters.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Larson Jr. (Chantel), Chris Schmitt (Dave), Chad Larson (Amanda) and Greg Larson (Elyse); her grandchildren, Cade (Paige), Chloe Schmitt, Bradley, Drake, Lily and Waylon Larson; her great grandchild Jean Larson; her niece Stacy Kampshoff (Terry); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sami Bultsma (Austin), Katelyn, Jaxon and Kannon Kampshoff; her niece Sarah Simpson (Pete); her nephew Michael Deters; her sisters-in-law, Juanita Sweeney, Jackie Lund, Fran Larson and Lily Deters; her friend Rose Garness; Brielle and Kinsley.
