He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Bauer and Ida Bauer; and his sister Myrtle Knoepfle. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Bendish; his children, Denise Watzel (Steve), Christi Schaefbauer (Brian), Cory Bauer and Jason Bauer (Stacy); his grandchildren, Benjamin Watzel, Alysha Davis (Nik), Hayley Schaefbauer, Ashlin Schaefbauer, Garret Schaefbauer, Bailey Bauer, Brady Bauer, Broc Bauer and Bentley Bauer; his great grandchildren, Emery Davis, Noah Davis and Turner Davis; and his siblings, Arlene Kerher and Lonnie Bauer (Cynthia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
