He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill Hallsted and Arlene Hallsted of Hot Springs. He is survived by : his siblings, Don Hallsted (Laurie) of Fort Dodge, IA, Nancy French (Jim) of Brooklyn, NY, Connie Gorsuch (Floyd) of Hot Springs and Bonnie Wanzer (Bob) of Hot Springs. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, and thirteen great-nieces and nephews.
