He was predeceased by : his parents, Wateman Heiney and Millie Heiney (Moore); his wife Deloris Wheaton; and his son Fred Heiney. He is survived by : his children, Barbara Maughan (Alan) of Aurora, CO, Joel Heiney and Lawrence Heiney (Ann) of Jenisin, MI; and his daughter-in-law Tonia Heiney of Williston, ND.
