He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connelly and Mae Connelly (Fisher); and his siblings, Mike, Don, Bill, James, Steve, Marlow Connelly, Ann Kloke, Nellie Willuweit and Florence Beck.
He is survived by: his children, Stuart Connelly of Larchwood, John Connelly of Sioux Falls and Julee Nelson (Mark) of Hills, Minnesota; and his stepchildren, Charles W. Connelly of Rock Rapids, Harry Strong of Sturgis, Mike Strong (Lori) of Rapid City, Dennis Strong of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Kathy of Rapid City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
