He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Moen and June Moen (Kaldor); his daughter Cheryl Moen (Patty Moen); and his brother-in-law Byron Luchau. He is survived by: his children, Stewart Moen of Maryville, TN and Brenda Thomas (Terry) of Hot Springs, SD; his sister Pam Luchau of Hot Springs; and his stepdaughters, Kathy Troxler (Michael) and Sharon Lujan (Chris) of Peyton, CO. He is also survived by step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, step nephews, step nieces, and many extended loving family members and friends.
