She was predeceased by: her parents, Larry Heinzerling and Bess Heinzerling (Fanger); and her brothers, Danny and Dillon Heinzerling. She is survived by: her children, April Purintun (Greg Swearingen) of Mitchell and Kyle Purintun (Billie Jo) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Annabel of Mitchell, Emmett of Mitchell and Berkley of Mitchell; her siblings, Dennis Heinzerling of Reno, NV, Dana Heinzerling (Kathy) of Kansas and Dawn Sass (Rick) of Madison, SD; her stepfather Rolly Aman of Aberdeen; and her former husband Alan Purintun of Huron. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Welter Funeral Home (267 3rd St SE, Huron, SD 57350). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
