He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Linford Aasheim and Melvina Coralin Aasheim (Groon); his brothers-in-law, Darwin Dahl and Derald Pedersen; his niece Valerie McClure (Pedersen); and his nephews, Buz Dahl, Chris Kayl and Shawn Adams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lavonne Dahl (Delma Pederson), Lynn Aasheim (Curtis) and Cheryl Haden (Dean Aasheim).
