He is survived by: his wife Lily Sullivan of Huron; his children, Thomas Dugdale (Alexis) of Rochester, MN, Joseph Dugdale of Rochester, MN and Kathy Ray (Cory) of St. Lawrence, SD; his grandchildren, Alex, Delilah Ray of St. Lawrence, SD and Jonas Dugdale of Rochester, MN; and his siblings, Lee Dugdale (Sue) of Scandia, MN, Rich Dugdale (Pamela) of Isle, MN, Jim Dugdale (Mary) of Minneapolis, MN and Mary Kant (Bill) of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
