He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Stunes and Florentine Stunes (Erpenbach); his wife Virginia Dickson; his brothers, Dennis, Rocky, Randall and Donald Stunes; and his nephew Michael Stunes.
He is survived by: his brother David Stunes (Vickie) of Hot Springs, SD; his stepchildren, Gina McMains of Odessa, MO and Chris Homan (Wanda) of Colville, WA; and his nephews, Kevin, Kelly and Lonnie Stunes.
