He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Waldner and Susie Waldner (Walter); and his wife Macy Ann Gross. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Waldner, Linda Waldner and David Waldner (Barb); and his brothers, Paul Waldner (Rosa) and George Waldner (Susie). He is also survived by one brother-in-law; one sister-in-law; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
