She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Wood (DaNiel) of Norwalk and Wendy Talbott (Shane) of Queen Creek, Arizona; her grandchildren, Caitlin Wood, Devin Wood, Matthew Gussiaas, Isabela Vazquez and Kylie Talbott; and her siblings, Kathleen Longmuir (Gordon) of Poland, Ohio and Dale Thomforde (Jan) of Pine Island, Minnesota.
The family requests donations be made in Jackie's name to Huron Regional Medical Center Auxiliary.
