She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal E. Cermak and Marllys A. Cermak (Abernathy); her former husband Russell Hochhalter; her children, Molly Nelson, LauraLea Johnson (Terry Larsen) of Huron, SD, Dale Hochhalter (Jessica) of Sioux Falls, SD, Charla (Chad Ewing) of Madison, SD and Dustin Carmody of Huron, SD; and her grandchildren, Shane Leichtenberg, Larry Johnson (Hannah Hirsch), Orion Hochhalter, Zen Carmody and Jace.
She is survived by: her siblings, Janice Cermak-Sandmeier, Nancy (Roger Semmler), Sandra Cermak, Gary Cermak (Eloise) and Marcia (David Brown). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Living Hope Alliance Church (1779 Frank Ave SE, Huron, SD 57350). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
