She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dickson and Evelyn Dickson (Phillips); her husband Don; her granddaughter Carrie Goethel; and her sisters, Julie Shoemaker and Jan Krediet.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Goethel (Wayne) of Huron, Russell Scott Jacobs (Robin) of La Crosse, WI and Donald Jacobs (Mary) of Huron; her grandchildren, Becky Baker (Rob), Amy Goethel, Hope Corcoran (Dillon), Cody Jacobs (Darla), Alex Jacobs, Eric Jacobs and Dylan Weigel; and her sister Jeri Dickson Risty of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
