He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Welter Funeral Home (267 3rd St SE, Huron, SD 57350). A rosary was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish (425 21st St SW, Huron, SD 57350). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the St. Martin Catholic Cemetery.
