Melva J. Green Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melva J. Green of Huron, South Dakota, who passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mial A. Fenner and A. Dorothy Fenner (Hein); and her husband Wayne A. Green. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Olthoff (Eldon), Linda Ball (Brit) and Carol Jorgensen (Jeff); and her grandsons, Keegan, Hayden, Landon Jorgensen and Jonathan Olthoff (Isabella).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Baptist Church - Huron (1420 McClellan Dr, Huron, SD 57350). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery.
