He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Kalahar and Veronica Kalahar (Doherty); his wife Judy Kay Quiram of Martin's Catholic Church; his children, Michael, Jeffrey and Christine Hanten; and his granddaughter Katrina White.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen (Dan Weinstein) and Sheryl (Bob Blue); and his grandchildren, Sean Larson, Michael Moilan, Nichole Blue, Abbigale Cline, Laci Huls and Kayce Kalahar. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
